• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• An associate’s or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar preferred
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): documentation, strong reporting skills, computer literate, project support, project information control
• must be customer oriented
• can work under pressure
