DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Position: Contact Centre Traffic Controller

Location: Bangsar South (walking distance from the LRT Kerinchi station)

Working Hours: Rotating Shift (8 hours shift between 6 AM to 2 AM)

Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends & Public Holidays)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (renewable based on performance)

Basic Salary Range: Up to RM 2,300 (based on experience & education level)

Allowances/Benefits:

• 2 Weeks Paid Training
• Shift Allowance: RM 150
• Attendance Allowance: RM 150
• Mandarin Language Allowance: RM 300 (for fluent Mandarin speakers)
• Medical Card/Insurance Coverage

Job Descriptions:

• Manage contact centre's floor operations and traffic to ensure service level is optimal.
• Ensure inbound/outbound agents' KPIs are met (Average Handling and Talk Time, Abandoned Call Rates, Service Level).
• Answering calls when there is call queue, completing call centre reports.
• Ensure contact centre achieve maximum sales during peak hours and minimize call abandon.
• Plan and manage call floor to achieve the highest occupancy and productivity.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time-to-time.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in contact centre/call center position.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• MUST possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Shortlisted applicant(s) must be able to start work immediately (18th September 2023).
• Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
