DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

WORKING DAYS & HOURS: 

• Mon – Fri 8.30am to 6pm 

LOCATION: 

• Central 

SALARY & BENEFITS: 

• $3900-$5000 
• 1 year renewable Direct contract 
• AL: 14 days per year 
• MC covered for Panel Clinics 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Business/ Mass Communications 
• Familiar with SAP system 
• Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Financial and commercial management in an advertising environment will be an added advantage 
• Ability to work independently, and cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Serve as a subject matter expert to the marketing team within areas of financial / process optimization and control and compliance 
• Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness, efficiency and control  
• Review with commercial commitments to ensure timely reporting of savings derived from the commitments. 
• Monthly tracking of expenditure reports and invoice payments 
• Drive monthly budget meetings with business units to ensure budget optimization 
• Assist with quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgets, and projections
