DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
A fast growing direct selling/MLM organisation is looking for talent who will be responsible in developing and executing comprehensive training programs for Company's distributors while leading marketing initiatives to promote healthcare products. He/She will collaborate with various teams to drive growth, enhance distributor engagement, and strengthen our brand presence. Responsibilities : 1.Develop new strategic and effective training methodologies. 2. Responsible to lead the learning & development activities and ensure that they are aligned with the overall training development objectives of the company. 3. Create creative training modules to enhance the knowledge of the distributors and increase their productivity. 4. Coach and mentor distributors to achieve a long-term success. 5. Work cross-functionally with other departments to leverage existing and develop new content for presentation. 6. Handling all technical inquiries in relation to company’s business opportunities and products. 7. Enhance the communication channel between the Company and distributors. 8. Monitoring market performance. 9. Follow up, monitor and evaluate plans on all sales and marketing activities. 10. Undertake and perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. 2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Direct Selling/MLM industry with strong background in training development modules and presentation materials. 3. Proven experience in Direct Selling/MLM industry preferred but those with other training experience can be considered. 4. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken. 5. Strong presentation and training facilitation skills. 6. Matured, please personality and with a positive attitude. 7. Willing to travel outstation when required.
