DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Respond to system queries, perform troubleshooting, and conduct research to identify solutions to reported issues
• Escalate issues to corresponding teams, and monitor the progress to actively share updates with stakeholders
• Identify issue trends and implement solutions or prevention methods for recurring issues to improve system stability
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers, Software Developers and Engineers to deliver satisfactory user experience for digital banking products
• Provide support in internal user access management, parameter and static data maintenance, UAT testing and Live verifications.
• This position will have a requirement for working in shifts.

Requirements

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Engineering-related majors would be preferable.
• Exposure to the Banking & Finance domain would be an added advantage
• Problem solver with the ability to understand different issues and structure action plans timely
• Data-oriented and able to derive actionable insights and make sound judgment based on facts
• Collaborative and a supportive team player
• A strong interest in and desire to learn new products/technologies
• Agile and is able to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Responsive with a strong sense of responsibility
• Well-versed in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border communications and collaborations
