DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

• Assist Doctor in handling patient's flow.
• Registration, scheduling and follow up on customer’s appointment.
• Managing patient's needs and care within the clinic.
• Assist in clinic administration duties, such as filing documents, data update, cashiering & etc.
• Educating potential patients on our services and packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic. 
• Handle front desk duties.
• On-the job-training will be provided.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers will have an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• High energy, dynamic and self-motivated
• Applicants must be willing to travel when its needed
• This position will be subjected to a retail shift schedule (including weekends).
