DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
A Doctor Assistant (PA) is a healthcare professional who works under the supervision of a licensed physician. They are trained to perform a wide range of clinical duties, from taking patient histories and performing physical exams to ordering diagnostic tests and administering medications. The role of a PA can vary greatly depending on their employer and specialty area. Some PAs work in primary care settings where they see patients with routine medical issues. Others may work in surgical or emergency departments where they assist with more acute cases. Doctor Assistant Job Duties Doctor assistants have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Conducting physical examinations and diagnostic tests such as blood work and urinalysis Collecting medical histories from patients and documenting their symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and test results in patients’ medical records Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician Performing lab tests and other diagnostic procedures on patients, as directed by a physician Providing postoperative care to patients after surgery, including monitoring patients’ conditions and administering medications as ordered by a physician Preparing patients for surgery by sterilizing equipment, administering anesthetics, and assisting in surgery by holding retractors or other instruments during surgery Providing primary care services to patients such as diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, ordering lab tests, and performing physical examinations Applying knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as understanding disease processes, in order to provide patient care Performing general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, and filing paperwork
