DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Position Summary:

Are you a creative and social media-savvy individual looking for an exciting opportunity in marketing? Our client is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media accounts and create engaging content for events listed on our app as well as content that reflects our company culture. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media, designing engaging content (images and videos), and a strong understanding of social media trends (US and Global).

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to develop and manage the social media content calendar and ensure content is aligned with goals
  • Create and schedule posts for social accounts (IG, TikTok, emails)
  • Monitor all social accounts and Engage with followers ,messages and attend to any other queries
  • Ensure all accounts are optimized for maximum engagement and traffic
  • From time to time, create graphic using software such as Canva, Illustrator or any other application
  • Think outside of the box and help us find creative ways to build and grow followers (Raffles, trends, etc.)
  • Report on posting analytics, determine what is working and what is not
  • Stay up to date on all trends, music and hashtags - locally in the US and globally

Requirements:

  • Social Media Savvy. Must be knowledgeable in social media platforms TikTok, IG, Meta - familiarity in how to posts, trends, popular creators
  • You should be familiar with up to date social media trends and tools as well as music
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in social media management with track record of increasing engagement, follower, and traffic to social media account
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools
  • Experience with tools such as Capcut, Canva, Mailchimp
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work, with the ability to proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Awesome attitude - we’re a small team, and we’re looking to learn from each other
  • Excellent Problem-Solver - as an early stage start up, we don’t know what type of situations we may encounter, so collaboration and quick thinking will help in our success.
  • Awesome communication skills
