DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Key Responsibilities:
Consult and recommend suitable treatment services and products good fit the client's needs and preferences.
Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
To provide beauty consultation.
Assist doctors in all aesthetic procedures.
Perform facial treatments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
Participate in training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
Coordinate with the customer service team to schedule appointments for the customer.
Meet sales goals and drive revenue for the Company.
Perform after-sales services and follow up with clients after treatment with due care, attention, and sensitivity.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:
At least 2 year(s) of sales experience in the related Field is requested for this position. Preferably in the beauty, spa, and fitness industries.
Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and tactfulness in dealing with people at all levels.
Possess enthusiasm in the beauty industry.
Able to work retail hours and weekends, including public holidays.
Dynamic sales target-driven and high-performance oriented.
Good Attitude.
Willing to Learn
