Company’s Profile Julian Grey’s client is a Singapore based solution provider for high quality IT security products to value add to their MNC clients & channel partners and has been in the market for 25 years. With a team of more than 200 highly experienced professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the IT security industry to join their rapidly expanding team. Location: Tampines (Shuttle bus provided to and from Tampines MRT) Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri) Benefits Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of servers, systems & networks within a 24/7/365 uptime demanding environment. • Manage monitoring activities, promptly address alerts, and handle escalated calls while overseeing the maintenance of help desk tickets to ensure optimal service level adherence. • Adhere to SOPs for swift and accurate responses to system alerts and routine tasks, encompassing Data Centre walkthroughs, job status checks, ticket updates, and vendor assistance for hardware replacement. • Exhibit proactive behaviour by suggesting enhancements to current processes & protocols, actively contributing ideas for continuous improvement. Leverage system expertise to assist in the ongoing review of documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders during system on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Contribute to the deployment, management, and testing of tools and systems for health monitoring. • Maintain flexibility in work schedules, including the potential to work unconventional shifts to provide coverage during co-worker absences. • Guidance to new team members & junior engineers. Requirements: · ITIL Foundation V4 is preferred. · Proficiency in monitoring tools, service desk systems essential. · ITSM and ITOM certification is a plus. · Comfortable thriving in a high-paced setting, efficiently managing multiple platforms concurrently.
