DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

POSITION SUMMARY:     

This position provides day to day transaction processing support to deliver General Ledger and reporting services accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company’s policies, guidelines, and operating procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepare and input Journal Entries into the system to ensure that all transactions are recorded in a proper account within the agreed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Analysis. Investigate and follow up on unidentified or unmatched item on a timely manner.
• Responsible and carry out the ideas to resolve General Ledger issue with customers, vendors, entities finance and other group entities personnel.
• Prepare monthly reporting and other reports requested by Chief Financial Officer.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors for statutory reporting.
• Perform Fixed Asset transactions for transfer, edit, disposal in SAP.
• Continuous process improvements to improve the current General Ledger processes.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, and/or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc)
• Minimum 2 years/ working experience within GL function or full set of accounting.
• Prior experience in Audit and Tax is an added advantage.
• Experience in using account system, SAP, UBS, MYOB or etc.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues.
• Impeccable attention to details.
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
• Willingness to be available outside of core office hours when required. 
• Able to relocate at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
