Job Description

• Take a leadership role or provide assistance in formulating and overseeing the achievement of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives.
• Administer collaborations, clinical operations support, service contracts, and project management activities.
• Facilitate planning and integration of care provision, coordination of efforts, and implementation of corporate strategy activities within Operations departments.
• Lead, guide, and provide management oversight for ground operations and support staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to drive patient-centric initiatives across clinical disciplines and non-clinical departments.
• Implement strategic plans, undertake significant development projects, and create business proposals for sustainable value-based care models.
• Drive patient-centric initiatives through strategic planning, focusing on clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Work with clinical leads to implement initiatives that enhance patient care and experience across various disciplines.
• Possess proven leadership qualifications and management competency to effectively coordinate and manage the operations of assigned units.
• Ensure alignment of operations with organization's strategic directions to achieve organizational goals.
• This role requires an independent and self-driven individual with a deep passion for public healthcare.
• The candidate should be enthusiastic about seizing enriching opportunities to further develop their career and growth in healthcare administration.

Job Responsibility

• Possess Degree in any related discipline
• Experience in healthcare financial, project management, practical knowledge
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Analytical with strong organization and coordination abilities
