DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to: 

Location: North 

Duration: 12 months contract, convertible/renewable 

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am – 5pm  

Salary: Up to $6000 per month + completion bonus 

Job Description: 

• Support to design and produce weekly/ monthly internal reports and metrics to measure performance against contractual deliverables and internal operational performances for Purchasing 
• Data Extraction from SAP R/3 , SAP Business Intelligence systems 
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain/ Purchasing performance; providing analysis of supply chain data to ensure key performance indicators are met; and making recommendations for process improvement. 
• Communicate with IT community to resolve technical issues 
• Engage with Global Operations users community to collect Reporting requirements 
• Analyze trends/root cause/impacts of Process KPI values and communicate the insights to the stakeholders and suggest improvements to existing SAP processes 
• To convert/Design/Develop/Visualize existing MS Excel and MS presentation based reports and results to Microsoft Power BI Reports 
• Provide analytical and system support for the development, implementation, and management of strategies and policies. 
• To work with cross functional teams, including Planning, Forecasting, IT, Operations, Logistics, & Business Control to assist, and recommend solutions that identify root cause analysis and improve process development of Supply Chain function. 
• Willing to undertaking minor project management activities 
• Perform PO creation and order issuance, working with supplier for confirmation, re-scheduling and cancellations upon request 
• Expediting suppliers and resolving supply issues as at when required 
• May be required to perform User Acceptance Testing for continuous improvement project’s reports 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Data Analytics / Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business or Operations Management 
• Min 3 years of working experience in Data Analytics / Purchasing/ Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations/ Material Planning ERP Operations 
• Experience and strong technical understanding of Data Sources and Transformations in data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI 
• Knowledge in software programming/scripting knowledge (either R/Python/SQL) will be advantage 
• Proficient in SAP R/3 or SAP Ariba 
• Must have knowledge of Data Mapping and Data Mining experience
