DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description:

• Responsible for Southeast Asia Oceania region tender business sustainability, growth and profitability.
• Manage and take lead in tender process - RFI / RFQ / RFP / e-Action / Spot quote.
• Prepare competitive, high-quality proposals in responses to RFQs/ RFIs/ RFPs/ e-Action/ Spot quote received in close collaboration with other Tender management teams, account owners and other support functions. 
• Maintain close collaboration and synergy with key functions in formulating bid strategies and tactical tender framework to enhance bidding success. 
• Develop competitive proposals within required time parameters, following tender guidelines to meet customer requirements.
• Grow tendered business volume and GP in alignment with strategy, sales and product.
• Analyze customer tenders and ensure capability and customer requirements are correctly translated into pricing and solution document.
• Interface with other functional groups such as IT, Program Management, Industry Verticals, Air/ Ocean cargo divisions as well as customers in creating/ delivering customer driven services and solutions.
• Close engagement with Air/Ocean cargo divisions for rate negotiation during review rounds.
• Maintain timely tender data profiling and records on required platforms (TM Analytics, SharePoint).
• Ensure Post Mortem analysis performed by account owner and shared with related stakeholders for management review.
• Maintain Tender Centre in-house pricing knowledge in close cooperation with Air/ Ocean cargo divisions and countries.
• Identify and address opportunities to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of the Tender Centre to reduce cost, increase productivity and improve win ratio.
• Analyze tender business impact with recommended pricing actions and flexible levers in managing bid reduction thresholds to increase hits.
• Attend internal/external conference call meetings on Tender management and cohesive approach.
• Preparing commercial and technical write up on our offer for inclusion in tenders.
• Ensure smooth transition to Implementation team upon business award and assist on SOP setup specifically on rate aspect.
• Other duties and responsibilities assign by Direct Report and the Management.

Professional Qualities and Experience:

• Degree qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Freight Forwarding and Multi-modal Logistic Tender Management.
• Strong ability to coordinate resources across functional and organizational boundaries, building and using networks, encouraging collaboration across borders and sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset and ability to conceptualize customer and operational requirements.
• Ability to robust plans well in advance and to initiate action to move projects forward.
• Keep track of market trends and industry developments, drive innovation, think creatively, ability to deal with ambiguity, devising effective change management process.
• Holistic, analytical and structure working methodology ability to break up complexity and translate it to operational language and guidelines.
• Knowledge in Tableu, PowerBI and QlikView is a plus.
