DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible operations & user support executive will oversee all enquiries from different channels pertaining to accounts and services questions; suggesting solutions and information about products and answering users’ needs to ensure satisfaction. He/She will also strive to ensure the integrity of the doctors databases by reaching out to doctors (via calls, fax, email etc) and making sure the records are continually updated accurately. Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Create, cross-check and update doctors’ records and databases.
• Manage phone calls to doctors and correspondence (e-mail, letters, fax etc.) for verification purposes.
• Reply to enquires received on company’s social media channels.
• Respond to product or user’s enquires by following a guiding script. 
• Keep records of customer interactions, issues reported as well as enquires received on the online platform.
• Submit timely reports and prepare for meetings as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions.
• Prior experience in customer support and administrative work preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
