DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Summary

Salary: Uo to $5000

Location: West

Monday – Friday (office hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation of P&R programmes and initiatives in accordance to policies and directions.
• Administer the Clinician Remuneration Scheme, which involves managing and implementing the new HR IT system and its supporting processes.
• Support change management strategy, communication plans and activities including preparing materials and organising sessions to engage management and staff in the implementation of various rewards policies.
• Support in the project management of end-to-end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs, working closely with various internal stakeholders.
• Manage meetings and provide secretariat support to various workgroups and work with various internal stakeholders to track progress of activities. 
• Plays an advisory role to HR partners and other stakeholders on rewards decisions, policy and guideline.
• Perform basic data analysis and modelling simulate costs and earnings payment impact.
• Generate data from systems and perform computation of payments.
• Prepare reports, papers and presentation materials.
• Participate and support in HR projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from a recognised university
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR working experience
• Good project management skills and knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be an asset
• Singapore only
