DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

As an Executive for Authority Liaison department, you play a pivotal role in bridging the connection as well as the middle person between our Company with federal government, states and local authorities to improve communications, resolve issues and generally ensure the relationship is as beneficial as possible.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of our Company’s businesses to ensure submissions to relevant stakeholders are smooth and approvals granted accordingly.
• Monitor, identify and rectify potential hiccups and deficiencies of projects, development order, building plan, earthwork and infrastructure plan, land conversion and other related land matters prior to submission to relevant authorities.
• Proactively solve conflicts and addresses issues that could arise between the Company’s projects and relevant authorities.
• Develop and foster good relationships with all stakeholders especially relevant authority agencies.
• Ensure timely submission as well as close follow up with progress status of project approvals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Company’s businesses, objectives as well as strategic direction.

Job requirements:

• Preferable a Degree Holder in any field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in related field, preferably coming from property industry or real estate background.
• Good organizational, adept communication and good time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate efficiently.
• Street savvy, independent and a Go-Getter attitude. Result oriented and performance driven.
•  Able to work independently.
