DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
We are hiring Web Designer to design, update, maintain, analyze and optimize our websites and support Multimedia Design to achieve defined goals and objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot websites.
Understand user experience and build websites that are easy to understand, navigate, and use, and adhere to design standards and specifications.
Responsible for designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites.
Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for webpages and landing pages.
Collaborate with external development teams to program websites.
Monitor and analyze website traffic to inform design decisions.
Support multimedia team in conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing, editing, and directing multimedia projects, including designing marketing collaterals and digital contents.
Ensure all projects/initiatives are measurable against the deliverables.
Liaise and collaborate with multiple levels of stakeholders internally (staff, doctors, patients) and externally (vendors, partners) to meet project objectives
Qualification and requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in website design
Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for website and landing page.
Strong knowledge of digital retouching and image editing
Strong knowledge and technical understanding of content management system.
Working knowledge of e-commerce and CRM is a PLUS.
Must be creative and internet savvy and keen to details.
Proficiency with graphic design andAdobe Creative Suite
Basic HTML and CSS skills and capable of making minor website changes.
Have foundational knowledge of systems, servers and security.
Demonstrate soft skills like problem solving, critical thinking, active listening and time management.
