Job Description:

As a Retail Sales cum Live Host at YYPANG, you'll be a key player in both our retail and online operations. You'll interact with customers in our physical store and host live online events to showcase our products and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:

1.Retail Sales:

• Welcome and assist customers in our retail store.
• Provide expert guidance on motorcycle selection, helmet fitting, and spare part recommendations.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cultivate and nurture customer relationships for a memorable shopping experience.

2.Live Hosting:

• Host live product showcases and interactive sessions on various online platforms.
• Engage with customers in real-time, answering questions and providing product insights.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in a captivating and informative manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live events and promotions.
• Drive sales through live broadcasts and encourage customer participation.
• Monitor and promptly respond to customer comments and feedback during live sessions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Genuine passion for motorcycles, helmets, and spare parts is a plus
• Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera for live broadcasts
• Effective multitasking skills to deliver exceptional customer service
• Dedication to building customer rapport and helping them make informed choices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of motorcycles, helmets, and motorcycle spare parts is advantageous.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., Tiktok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live).
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
