Duties and responsibilities
Represents company products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding of products. Key role would be similar to a Sales Executive / Sales Representative / Medical Device Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager in a Healthcare / Medical Industry ; Hospitals & Specialty Clinic settings.
Medical Devices/Equipment sales experience would be an added advantage. Pharmaceutical Hospital sales background would be useful.
Ability to adapt to fast moving medical devices and equipment industry. Quick to establish association with existing customers and stake holders, able to grow the business with new customers.
Dependable and self driven individual
Engaged in business development by identifying opportunities and drive the sales of product portfolio to health care providers embracing a solution-selling proposition
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. Learn and adapt to forecast & commit sales numbers
Generate sales leads and build strong relationships with existing users. Able to plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new sales channels
Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field. Able to work independently and outstation (if required). Adapt to business environment fast
Able to cope with flexibility of work time. However, no on-calls are needed for this role.
Conduct regular inventory management in respective sales accounts. Report usages and investigate missing consignments in accurate and timely manner.
Ability to hit minimum sales target mapped out for your territories/accounts by your direct line manager and management

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices/instruments, products or services.
Fresh Graduates are welcome and highly encouraged to apply.
Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Good proficiency of English; both written and spoken
Ability to travel interstate
Independent in handling key accounts with minimum supervision
Previous experience with Cardiology / Radiology / Vascular Surgery products an added advantage. Existing Network of Key Users are an advantage
For Territory Manager position, years of relevant experience in pharma/ medical devices between 3-5 years; self-starter as the role is relatively autonomous as majority of the work will be working alone covering your assigned territory.
