DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Supervise and maintain Mechanical and Electrical System, ACMV System, and Fire protection system.
Lead a team of Executive, Supervisors & Technicians to manage the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of assigned buildings.
Required to plan, formulate, manage and oversee the fitting-out, operations, maintenance and upkeep of buildings.
Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner.
Responsible for the overall site safety & site management.
To keep the clients informed on all matters regarding the maintenance management and make recommendations to the client for improvements.
To liaise with other contractors / relevant government authorities and to attend promptly to all correspondence, statutory notifications & enquires on behalf of the client, where necessary.
Manage and lead a team in execution of routine inspections, rectification of general buildings defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs.
To be responsible for all deliverables required in the clients' service agreement.
To organise the team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations especially in general maintenance and customer supports.
To plan and execute all events coordination and/or fix-it tasks within the frame work of the allocated resources.
To plan the resources available to meet daily operational requirements.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of works.
Attend to site meeting as directed.
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management ,Mechanical & Electrical & Building Management.
5 years of relevant working experience related to facilities management.
Technical skills and knowledge in building maintenance, M&E systems including ACMV & Chiller, Electrical, Fire Protection, and other building proprietary systems.
Certification in Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) / Green Mark Certification and FSM will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal, communication and leadership qualities.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
